If your reservation is cancelable and refundable, Qgoonline customer support will do the needful

1. If your reservation was paid entirely with points: 

The refundable amount, if any, will be credited back, as miles points, into your account.

 

2. If your reservation was paid partially with points and credit card: 

The refund amount will be calculated using the same ratio used at the time of booking (points + cash).

 

3. If your reservation was paid entirely with credit card: 

The refundable amount, if any, will be credited back into your account.
